How to place a custom order
Please read all information below before placing your custom order.
**Custom orders are NOT free, your checkout total will be $0 + shipping, however you will receive an invoice to pay for the items once we have confirmed we have enough fabric to make your request. Custom orders cost the same as ready made products.**
**Turn around time for custom orders will vary depending on how many we have, updates will be posted on this page and to our instagram **
Current turn around time: 6 weeks.
1) select the fabric you would like for the exterior of your custom item, select the product you would like made and add to cart.
- pricing and item measurements can be found in the description of each fabric
2) if you see a fabric you would like to use as your interior fabric, please add to cart and make a note before checking out. If you do not add an interior fabric, we will reach out via email to provide options. If you prefer for us to chose the lining fabric, please leave a note at checkout.
- if you are creating something with vinyl (xbody, behemoth tote, coffin tote), please visit the vinyl page and be sure to add one to your cart.
- if the item selected requires a zipper or snap, we will reach out to you with colour options to choose from, for drawstrings you can choose between black or cream for your string colour.
3) we will confirm we have the fabric to create your custom order, and send you an invoice to pay for the product cost, if you selected shipping you will have already paid for that.
4) we will NOT start creating custom orders until the invoice has been paid to avoid unpaid creations.
Other things to note:
new fabrics are always presented on instagram first either via live sale or story sale, these will remain up for 24 hours. @s_ssewing
depending on the quantity of orders received on instagram, adding them to the website could be delayed. We will aim to have all new fabrics uploaded within 1-2 weeks of receiving them.
